Education:

 

2010 – present: Ph.D Student, Business Administration Faculty, with a concentration in Management, Guilford Glazer School of Management, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Advisors: Prof. Drori Amos and Dr. Van Dijk Dina. Thesis: "Knowledge Sharing in Globally Distributed Teams".

 

My study addresses the question whether and how virtuality level of globally distributed teams ( i.e.:  geographical dispersion, electronic dependence, differences in time zone and cultural diversity) affect the willingness to share knowledge and information, and how, in turn, it affects productivity, quality, learning, problem solving, satisfaction, creativity and innovation. This by analyzing social processes and dynamics including: group identification, social integration and trust, underlying knowledge and information sharing in reduced face-to-face interaction.
