The library catalog lists all the journals to which the library has a subsciption plus all the journals it subscribed to in the past. A small number of journals are available in print format. Journals in electronic format are marked as E-journal and contain a link to them via the catalog. There are 3 types of subscriptions to electronic journals:

• Subscriptions via Malmad: May be read in full text only via the university network, and will appear with a link to the site.
• Direct Subscriptions: May be read in full text only via the university network. Access is possible to some of them outside of the university grounds using a password.  These will appear in the catalog with a link to receive a password in the university system.
• Free Subscriptions: This allow access usually to back issues and can be read from anywhere without a password. The appear in the catalog with a link to the site and are indicated with the word [Archive].

TDNet is a portal which displays the list electronic journals which Ben Gurion Unviversity of the Negev is subscribed to direct via Malmad and also journals which are free via the internet ( free journals are
marked as free or open access). It is possible to search for the journals by their title or publisher. The list displays the years available for each journal, a link to its TOC (table of contents) and password if needed. 

ULS is a union list of serials of all academic libraries, research institutions and hospitals in Israel. It lists all the subscriptions for, with all the available years in both print and electronic formats. Journals the library is not subscribed to can be accessed using this list.
